A reason is something there is an excuse for,
A need is something there is a must for.
Which would you rather have?
An excuse or a must.
It's a must for me.

Emotional energy is surely energy using emotion as an outlet to say to people
'LOOK, I'M HERE, USE ME'.
It doesn't have to be when emotion kicks in, it can be anytime. It can be 'MARTINI' . !

When you can't do one more,
Do one more.
When you don't feel like doing one more,
Do one more.
Now apply the theory that the mind is unable to comprehend the word 'not'.
The only limits are those in your own mind.
Apply the above and watch them melt away.
